Rijsttafel, or Rijst (rice) and tafel (table) has its roots in Indo-Dutch cuisine. Here at Doulos Phos, we have prepared a 10-course set with a personalized presentation by our service crew, in what we term as “semi-fine-dining” settings; semi-fine because casual resort-wear is permissible. As one diner put it, “Your Rijsttafel is simply exquisite, your guests will be the ones who will put the ‘fine’ in fine dining.”
